[Landscape Construction] Rooftop Landscaping / Planting on the roof

Most of the landscaping works on the new construction site, which is currently being constructed, will most likely reflect the rooftop and

slab topography.

In creating such a rooftop landscape, I review the cases of various failures and review and decide how to create them in my workplace.

Even if it is the same construction method, it takes a plan and takes it into action considering the method and period of construction.

The same thing can happen in a number of cases, so if you look at it in a multifaceted way, you might think that you can get a better result.

I would like to introduce a rooftop landscaping that was constructed in the field.

 

Slabs are constructed, and landscaping works are started after waterproofing and non-sand casting process.

The photo above is a composition of the basement layer. After cleaning the floor cleanly, install a carpet sheet.

The bottom part of the car seat can be cleaned up in the long term because it may adversely affect the floor layer.

 

Once the insulation layer is formed, the drain plate should be installed.

In rare cases, you may need to take a good look at it, since the surface may fall and the soil may enter.

 

Install the nonwoven fabric after draining.

Drain R / D section should be installed at a later inspection point.

 

The next step is to create a planting base.

Artificial Soil + soil = 1: 1. It is important to secure a proper rooftop landscaping floor, and a proper level of flooring should be secured

according to the species such as shrubs and chrysanthemums.

In the case of the ground, it is used by mixing, but I prefer separation construction rather than mixing basically.

We have a more effective drainage layer, and there is no big difference in growth.

First, lightweight soil is installed as shown above.

 

Since lightweight soil may cause civil complaints due to scattered dust in the dry state, we have created a landing site as shown

in the picture above.

It seems a bit complicated and seemingly unnecessary, but the method has changed by complaints.

Lightweight soil laying and post-landing are carried out to complete the food material.

Similarly, measures are taken to prevent scattering dust before planting.

 

After planting the seeds according to the seed type, we put out other planting materials as planned.

Because it is before the Sedam Superhero Stroke, we have taken measures to protect the planting materials by installing a shade screen to

prevent defects such as sunshine, geothermal heat and radiant heat.

The above section is a shallow section of soil depth, and it is the base composition according to growth conditions such as thistle and 

superpowder / grass.

The construction method and procedure are simple, but the construction of the roof, the use of the toilet on the roof, and the working 

environment, material handling, etc., will be very difficult construction.

Construction in a narrow section can be completed relatively easily, but I think that it is possible to reduce confusion after work input by

reviewing the construction plan in consideration of the above matters.
